Simple, Step-by-Step Sprouting:

1. Soak: Add 4 tablespoons of sprouting seeds or 1 cup of legumes/grains(as required) to the jar, cover with 3 times as much water, and soak overnight (small seeds may only need 5 hours).

2. Rinse: Drain the soaking water and rinse the seeds with fresh, lukewarm water. Drain thoroughly and place the jar  in a warm (70°F), dark area.

3. Tend: Rinse and drain the sprouts twice a day, adjusting to 3 times a day in hot, dry weather or keeping them in a dry place if humidity is high. Gently turn the jar over to ensure even growth without damaging the tender shoots.

In just 3-5 days, depending on the seed variety, you'll have a bountiful harvest of fresh, crisp sprouts. For added nutrients, expose them to sunlight on the final day to promote chlorophyll development.
