We love plants and we’d love you to love them too. We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible resembles the plant as it appears on our website in the size you have chosen - as with all living things there is some natural variation we feel is acceptable but have tried to mitigate this by working with the best suppliers we could find.

If you wish to return or reject an order or a particular item within your order, you can return the product to our delivery agent at the time of delivery. Please ensure that the returned plants/accessories are in their original packaging. If the plant has been repotted or the original packaging of the accessories is missing, we regret that a refund will not be possible. The amount for the particular product/order will be refunded to you within 10 working days. However, if you change your mind and would like to return the plant within 24 hours of receiving it, an additional pickup fee of AED 15 will be applicable for Dubai, Sharjah , Ajman & Abu Dhabi. If the location is Hatta, Dibba, Fujairah, Khorfakkan & Al Ain the pick up charge will be AED 40.

Please note that if you accept your order, any request for exchange or return of plants and products must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, Plantshop will not offer refunds for such requests. All requests for returns or refunds should be initiated through our 24/7 chat service available on our website or by emailing us at [email protected]

For issues beyond our control such as: airborne pests and diseases such as box blight, fungal leaf spot or aphids we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 7 days.
