Watering
Every one to two weeks, soak your air plant in room temperature tap water. After soaking gently shake excess water from your plant. Turn it upside down and place it on a towel in a bright space.

Care
These plants do need a humid environment to thrive. Misting with water a couple of times a week usually supplies sufficient water, although additional watering may be required in a dry hot environment. If possible use drinking water, especially in hard water areas, and never use water from a water softner.
